Shipping/Production Times for Internet Retail: All jewelry is handmade in Portland by Betsy. All orders will be shipped within one week of ordering and delivered USPS First Class mail. Insurance can be purchased for an additional charge. Betsy & Iya does use delivery confirmation on all orders. UPS, FedEx, DHL, or different USPS options can be purchased for an additional charge.
Rush Orders: Betsy & Iya can usually accommodate rush orders. Let me know if you’re in a pickle and I’ll do what I can to unpickle you.
Returns: Betsy & Iya Returns/Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from my internet site, I am happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased or exchange on any items within 8 days of purchase. Please email me to let me know you would like to request a return. I’m sorry, but there is no refund on shipping/handling charges. If you purchased your item from one of my retailers, please contact them directly for return information.
When returning your package, please include the following:
1) Unworn item(s) in its original condition
2) A copy of the original invoice
3) Please let me know the reason for your return — I strive to provide the best possible service and product for my customers.

Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. I am not responsible for lost or items damaged during return shipping.
Repairs
If you receive a damaged product, please let me know within 8 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a no-charge repair.
Repairs outside of 8 days from your order are subject to availability of materials/type of materials and degree of repair. Please email me with your problem and I will quote you whether there is a repair fee.
Crediting Your Returns
I will credit your account on the card used for purchase once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
